Q. Can my child just drop in for a tryout of the class to see if he/she likes it?

A new student is welcome to try out a free Spanish class. However, please call first, or send us an E-mail, or notify the instructor prior to the tryout visit, so that she can prepare any additional materials for your child.

Q. Is homework given?

Even though we do not give homework, all students are strongly encouraged to practice at home the material given in class, or using the materials and/or audio files that can be found on the "Little Spanish Castle" web-site, under the Course Material link.
Practice is essential to learning a second language!

Q. How do I sign up for classes?

Our complete schedule of classes and locations, as well as additional information can be found from the "Little Spanish Castle" web-site and using the links for "Classes".

Q. What about the drop off and pick up schedule?

We ask the parents and caregivers to drop off and to pick up their children always on-time. The classes are scheduled at certain times within the activity centers and classrooms are available for the class within the posted schedule. Therefore, we ask parents to be courteous and arrive to pick their children on time since the teachers schedules are busy.
A late pick-up arrival can increase the potential for scheduling issues with the teacher and classrooms availability since there is no babysitting provided.
On the very rare occasion when parents arrive late, there will be a $15 fee for every 15 minutes late. The intent is not to collect any unnecessary late fees, but to make everyone involved understand the importance of the schedule.
